When my mom came back from the hospital, she was in hospice care. We had few reasons to believe that she would get better. Three months later, she is not only surviving but thriving. The VNCC nursing staff was caring and paid attention to all the little things – and kept them from turning into big things. The VNCC home health aides provided the hands-on daily care and made sure she was comfortable… Caring people at VNCC made the difference that means that my mom is still with us.
