We are currently seeking a motivated individual to assume the key management position of Director of Clinical Services. This role provides oversight and leadership to the clinical interdisciplinary team and requires a high commitment and the ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Directing the clinical services departments, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements,
Establishing and implementing short and long-range clinical services goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
Working in conjunction with the CEO to plan and develop clinical programs which support the agency’s mission and objectives.
Participating in the development of clinical policies and procedures
Working with CEO & Management Team to design, implement and maintain clinical costs according to annual budget and strategic planning goals.
Knowledge of clinical operations, procedures, and case management and a strong understanding of Home Health Conditions of Participation.
Thorough understanding of reimbursement programs including Medicare, HMOs and other private insurance payors.
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies.
Willingness to try new models of care in an ACO environment.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive home healthcare experience needed, preferably in a not-for-profit setting. Minimum 3 years management experience with demonstrated success in organizational and change leadership.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or allied health field, Master’s Degree preferred.
