Visiting Nurse & Community Care received a grant from the Eastern Bank Charitable Foundation to assist in supporting VNCC’s Community Nursing Program.
The Community Nursing Program provides Blood Pressure Clinics, Flu Vaccines, and Parkinson Support Programs.
VNCC has seen success in providing the above programs in terms of sharing resources and preventative care lending to our mission of keeping our patients home where they belong. Maintaining that our patients remain in the safety and comfort of their homes is more important than ever.
