Visiting Nurse & Community Care celebrates 121 years of providing care to seniors, continuing the mission of providing the highest quality, compassionate care to the patients entrusted to us, allowing them to remain in the comfort of their home.
The agency is also celebrating the 4th. anniversary of the formation of Visiting Nurse & Community Care, a result of Greater Medford VNA and Visiting Nurse & Community Health coming together on April 8, 2017, forging a larger and more forceful home health agency in the community.
The result of the union of the two agencies has deepened and strengthened all divisions including the home health, private homecare, and hospice division.
