The Visiting Nurse and Community Care Hospice program offers drop in support groups. The main goal of a Bereavement
Support group:
To break the isolation people often experience when grieving….
death of someone significant.
We would be delighted if you would join us, for a one time visit, or indefinitely.
Each session is unique. The facilitator will offer some education and participants may have experienced a variety or kinds of losses
We meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, 5pm-6pm, through Zoom.
