Continuity of Care
VNCH’s multidisciplinary teams assure timely and accurate communication to the patient’s physician and family, and work with other health care providers to assist in the transition of patients back to their homes.


Our Credentials
VNCH is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to accept Medicare and Medicaid. We also care for HMO (managed care) and private insurance patients, in addition to patients who wish to pay privately.
